(The Medjehu Project – investigating woodcraft along the Nile. Preliminary results of the study mission at the archaeological site of Deir el-Medina (Luxor))
On May 24, at 4:30 p.m., at the Gipsoteca di Arte Antica of the University of Pisa (Piazza S. Paolo all’Orto, 20), Anna Giulia de Marco and Lisa Sartini, members of the Medjehu project, will present the preliminary results of the study carried out so far on the material found on the site of Deir el-Medina (Luxor), being members of the archaeological mission directed by Cédric Larcher (Institute Français d’Archéologie Orientale – IFAO) that works on the site.
