The Medjehu team participated in the Coffins in Context conference, organised by the The Fitzwilliam Museum, at Christ’s College, Cambridge.
Lisa Sartini and Jaume Vilaró Fabregat, also on behalf of Gersande Eschenbrenner Diemer and Margaret Serpico, presented the work they are doing on the Deir el-Medina coffins with the paper “The Medjehu Project and Its Interdisciplinary Study of New Kingdom Wooden Coffins Originating from Deir el-Medina”.
